YOUR ROLE

This role is a hybrid of an SME in the client device management area  that is closely collaborating with the client and a Team Lead that will be driving a small run operation team.

Your responsibilities

2. client facing SME for Asset and SIM card topics - close collaboration with the clients
3. managing the team for procurement of new hardware, device management, maintenance of CMDB
4. review and contribution in high level design documents
5. ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards
6. keeping SLA's and KPI's in the agreed threshold
