About the project:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT-related initiatives across retail environments in Poland and the Czech Republic. This role focuses on delivering digital and infrastructure projects in stores, including new openings, omnichannel tool rollouts, and system upgrades.

The Project Manager will act as a key liaison between central EME IT, local business stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and support the execution of IT and retail technology projects (e.g. store openings, mobile app rollouts, infrastructure upgrades)
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with central and local teams.
3. Coordinate testing, training, and post-launch support with relevant stakeholders.
4. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure smooth handover to operations.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, store staff, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and smooth execution
6. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements
