We want you to see infrastructure beyond configurations — to understand dependencies, anticipate risks, and guide others toward more stable and secure network solutions.If you enjoy connecting people around technology, supporting their growth, and setting the technical direction for an entire team, this role may be a perfect fit for you.Project information:Location: Warsaw (Hybrid work model)Remuneration: 24 000 - 26 000 net + VAT monthly on B2BType of employment: B2B contract or CoEProject language: Polish and English Your tasks:Implement, modernize, and configure LAN/WAN network systems, drawing on at least 5 years of hands-on experience.Lead the day-to-day work of network engineers, based on a minimum of 2 years of operational team leadership experience.Delegate tasks in a clear and accountable way to ensure smooth and efficient team operations.Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN network infrastructure.Apply your expertise in Fortinet solutions (including FortiNAC), Aruba solutions (including ClearPass), and Cisco technologies.Use your in-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures, networking protocols, and network security principles.Design and implement network security solutionsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and resilience.Continuously develop your skills by participating in trainings, conferences, and professional courses.Share knowledge by delivering internal and external technical trainings.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in implementing, modernizing, or configuring LAN/WAN network systems.Minimum 2 years of experience in the operational management of network engineers.Strong interpersonal skills — this role involves close collaboration with the team and regular contact with clients.Solid knowledge of Fortinet (including FortiNAC), as well as Aruba and Cisco solutions, confirmed by vendor certifications.High level of professionalism, personal culture, and commitmentAbility to work independently and take ownership.Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
