About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our technology team within a leading Banking & Finance organisation. In this role, you will support digital transformation initiatives focused on modernising financial operations, regulatory compliance, customer engagement, and risk management. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise D365 solutions across key financial domains.Key Responsibilities Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or BC depending on expertise) tailored for banking and financial workflows. Analyse business requirements in areas such as financial operations, credit management, regulatory reporting, treasury, and customer lifecycle management. Configure, customise, and extend D365 modules to support secure, compliant, and efficient financial processes. Map complex banking processes and translate them into scalable D365 solutions. Work closely with compliance, finance, risk, and IT teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Conduct user workshops, training sessions, and drive UAT. Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications and process flows. Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations post-implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or BC). Strong understanding of financial processes, such as accounting, payments, lending, treasury, or regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS, AML, KYC). Hands-on experience with configuration, customisation, and integration. Experience working in regulated environments with strict security and audit requirements. Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders in finance and business. Fluent English (B2+). Additional language skills are an asset. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Experience in enterprise-grade financial systems or data integrations. Knowledge of Azure solutions (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Lake). Consulting background within Banking or Financial Services.
