This role focuses on trade monitoring, reporting, matching, and settlement, and requires strong communication skills to work efficiently with multiple internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll DoProcess Middle Office activities for investment funds, including confirmation and settlement of client instructions and resolving discrepancies across platformsSupport client inquiries and provide transaction reporting and related operational servicesBuild strong relationships with Brokers, Custodians, Oversight teams, and internal partnersSend and monitor settlement instructions to custodian banksIdentify and implement improvements to existing processesSupport colleagues in problem-solving and ensuring service continuityTake ownership of non-standard issues and client-reported queriesWhat You BringProfessional level of English2–3 years’ experience in the financial sector, ideally within capital marketsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProactive mindset with a willingness to speak up and drive improvementsGood MS Office skillsNice to have: SWIFT knowledge, project management experience, finance/banking degree
