What Makes You a GR8 Fit: Deep knowledge of core Java (OOP, exceptions, multithreading, collections); Expertise in Java 8+ (Streams, Lambdas, Functional Interfaces, Date/Time API); Understanding of JVM internals and performance tuning; Advanced experience with Spring (Boot, MVC, Data, Security); Strong background in Hibernate/JPA, Maven, Gradle; Proficient in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB); Strong background in microservices design and integration with Kafka, RabbitMQ; Understanding of cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); experience with AWS is a plus; Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins), and IaC (Terraform); Skilled in gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements; Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies; Advanced Git usage (branching, rebasing, merge conflict resolution).
