As a Microsoft Systems Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the stability, security, and evolution of our modern device landscape. You will work with Microsoft endpoint technologies — especially Microsoft Intune — to configure, protect, and manage devices that our employees rely on every day.

Daily Tasks:

• Administer and optimize our Microsoft-based endpoint management platform (with a focus on Intune)
• Define and maintain secure device configurations and compliance policies
• Package and deliver software for end-user devices, ensuring reliability and performance
• Implement application control strategies, including software allowlisting
• Monitor endpoints, investigate issues and support in resolving them, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with colleagues across IT, Security, and Support to deliver a seamless end-user experience
• Document technical configurations and contribute to best practices
