Successfully completed university degree in an economic or technical field such as business informatics, applied computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification., Alternatively, completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems administration specialist, or a comparable profession)., Strong practical experience in FMCG production environments (e.g. food or pharmaceutical manufacturing)., 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry e.g. plant / shopfloor operations with a understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape (understanding of systems, processes, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing area / on the shop floor), Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, MES, digitalization, or production-related projects., Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks, combined with a strong interest in automation technology, digitalization, and Industry 4.0., Fluent command of English, German, and Polish (spoken and written)., High level of independence, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
