University degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field., Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in maintenance within a production environment., Proven experience in managing a technical team., Experience in modernization projects, commissioning or equipment upgrades is a strong advantage., Very good knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM and reliability improvement methods., Experience with industrial automation systems., Strong diagnostic and root‑cause analysis skills., Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities., Proficiency in MS Office., Lean certifications are an advantage., English at a level enabling daily communication and documentation., Category B driving license.
