Zakres obowiązków Manage the Maintenance Department, including machinery, equipment, technical installations and site infrastructure. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repair activities. Ensure continuous availability of key utilities. Maintain high standards of technical documentation. Monitor breakdowns, spare parts usage and key maintenance KPIs. Oversee compliance of installations and buildings with legal requirements and external audits. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and internal standards. Develop and update safety procedures and deliver job‑specific training. Manage the maintenance budget. Lead a team of mechanics, electricians and automation specialists. Support audits and implement corrective and preventive actions. Wymagania University degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in maintenance within a production environment. Proven experience in managing a technical team. Experience in modernization projects, commissioning or equipment upgrades is a strong advantage. Very good knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM and reliability improvement methods. Experience with industrial automation systems. Strong diagnostic and root‑cause analysis skills. Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities. Proficiency in MS Office. Lean certifications are an advantage. English at a level enabling daily communication and documentation. Category B driving license.
