As our first ML Manager, you will join us at a critical early stage to set the vision, build a team, and shape the future of our core technology.Your Mission 🎯Define and execute the company's Machine Learning vision and strategy, aligning the technical roadmap with key business objectives.Lead the entire ML model lifecycle – from research and ideation to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Architect and oversee the development of scalable, production-ready machine learning systems that will form the core of our product.Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to iterate quickly and deliver tangible value to our users.Drive research and experimentation with new technologies and methodologies to ensure our product remains on the cutting edge.What You Bring ✅Proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Team Lead, ML Manager, Engineering Manager) with a track record of delivering impactful ML projects from concept to production.A strong, hands-on background in building and deploying machine learning models, allowing you to effectively guide and mentor your team.Deep understanding of the modern ML stack, including Python and its core libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), and MLOps principles.Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to guide production-level architecture.Solid experience in Computer Vision.Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into a technical roadmap and inspire a team to execute it.A proactive, 'get-it-done' attitude, thriving in the ambiguity and pace of a startup environment.Excellent command of English.What We Offer 🎁Strategic Impact & Ownership: As the leader of the ML function, you will directly shape the core product and the company's technological direction.Flat Structure & Transparency: Your voice is critical.
