Our people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent. Are you ready to join us?About the role:To strengthen the Bid Management function within the SAP Solutions offering, we are seeking an experienced Bid Manager based in Poland who can independently manage RFI/RFP responses and actively contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our knowledge management tools, with a focus on the Polish language and market. We are currently developing tools, processes, and content templates to harmonize and streamline our proposal responses. Each new opportunity demands substantial knowledge curation and adaptation, particularly as our strategy continues to evolve rapidly. This behind-the-scenes work is critical to our success and will require the ability to adapt proposal content effectively to the Polish language and local market context.What do we have to offer? Which tasks can you expect? Management of RFI/RFP responses. Independently manage RFI/RFPs of varying complexity. Coordinate proposal assessment, planning, scheduling, and team communication to ensure timely, high-quality submissions Manage the creation, editing, and proofreading of proposal documents to ensure alignment with client specifications as well as SD Worx internal policies, strategy, and branding. Execution of RFI/RFP-related activities:    - Create SharePoint sites and upload client documentation.    - Prepare and manage the responsibility matrix.    - Ensure all projects are properly linked to Salesforce. Support for the Sales department in collaboration with internal SD Worx departments, including Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and GDPR, in the area of client forms and agreements, as well as contract annexes. Educate and support sales teams to improve harmonization of proposal responses and ways of working What do you have to offer? Proven experience in bid/proposal management or procurement, ideally within the SAP or tech sector. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), fluent in English and native or professional-level fluency in Polish. Ability to adapt technical and commercial content to the Polish local market. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, Loopio, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; strong autonomy, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Any experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other solutions within the SAP ecosystem is definitely an asset.
