ROLE OVERVIEW
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager leads the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives that connect fans with the Club at every stage of their journey. Partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, this role delivers personalized, data-driven communications, owns Salesforce Marketing Cloud, manages the Fan Persona project, and more.
