Master’s degree in Polish law, Minimum 8 years of experience in a comparable in-house legal role or at a law firm, ideally with exposure to banking and finance, Fluency in English (C1 level) and native Polish speaker, Willingness to travel for business (approximately once per quarter), Proven experience in contract drafting and data privacy compliance, Practical experience in Compliance and with anti-financial crime measures (AML, fraud detection, etc.), MS Office proficiency, High level of organizational and time management skills, Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen, Willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities, ​Other languages (especially German, Spanish and Portuguese), Experience with data management (e.g. SQL or other data extraction tool)
