Engineering degree with strong technical background (electronics, automation, electrical, or software)., At least 5 years of experience in product development., Proven experience with SCADA hardware and software., Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, including upgrades, obsolescence, and cost optimization., Familiarity with Change Management processes (CIM, NCR, CR)., Experience coordinating with Operations Engineering (OE) and Production Engineering (PE)., Experience with gate reviews, FAI inspections, and handover from projects to serial production., Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships., Strong capability to analyze technical issues and propose solutions under time pressure., Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g. Windchill, D365)., Understanding of CE marking, PPAP, and international standards for electrical systems., Electrical qualification certificates up to 1 kV., Willingness to travel (mostly between Poland and Denmark)., Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
