We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Lead Pega Decisioning Architect.Your duties will include: Define the omnichannel decisioning architecture spanning inbound, outbound, paid media, and call-center channelsArchitect action hierarchies, NBA strategies, engagement policies, propensity models, and arbitration frameworksDesign CDH data models, real-time containers, and interaction history patternsLead a team of architects and decisioning developersEnsure consistent standards, reusable component design, and long-term maintainabilityCoach client teams in CDH best practices, governance, and operationalizationDrive API, event-stream, and batch integration patterns with enterprise systemsOversee data ingestion/curation required for eligibility, prioritization, arbitration, and AI modelsRun solution workshops, translate business KPIs into CDH capabilities, and evolve decisioning roadmapsRecommend technical options and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and marketing strategy Requirements that must be met:10+ years in marketing technology, decisioning, or CRM platforms5+ years hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision HubStrong Java/J2EE and integration experienceProficiency in database design, REST/SOAP services, and machine learning conceptsStrong consulting presence and ability to advise executive stakeholdersFluent German and English speakerCertified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) and Pega Certified Data Scientist (PCDS) - nice to haveWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
