Our offices are located in Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice, Kraków and Munich, Frankfurt, Prague, Ostrava and Hradec Kralove.For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for KYC / Client Onboarding Analyst.Requirements 3-5 years experience in KYC role Exceptional verbal and written English skills Demonstrated common sense, along with a robust analytical and logical approach to all tasks Essential qualities include flexibility, proactivity, and high energy Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities Capable of working independently with minimal supervision A team player with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure Responsibilities Taking charge of the onboarding process for various client types and products (Cash and Derivatives) on behalf of the desk/FNBG Engaging in active discussions with Sales/FNBG to effectively prioritize tasks Acquiring in-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and product-to-legal-entity alignment requirements Developing a comprehensive understanding of Client Onboarding policy and process criteria Effectively managing tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade date Displaying a strong orientation towards client service.
