For our Client, an international manufacturing company with a well-established market presence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their Polish legal team.

This is a senior role with both local and regional scope, responsible for legal and compliance matters in Poland, as well as providing support to other legal teams across the region.

Requirements

• at least 8–10 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel (preferably in an international environment),
• proficiency in English (C1 level),
• experience in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or technology sectors),
• strong interpersonal and advisory skills,
• readiness to work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• full responsibility for the legal and compliance areas,
• preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts,
• providing legal advice on daily business issues,
• developing and implementing internal legal and compliance guidelines and   recommendations,
• close cooperation with senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
