Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing Analysis in a multinational environment,
• previous experience in the manufacturing company will be an asset,
• strong understanding of how a manufacturing business operates and the ability to turn industry insights into practical commercial actions,
• fluency in English is a must,
• interest in improving commercial performance, especially around pricing and cost,
• ability to work tight time scales, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy,
• supporting decisions and influencing business counterparts.

Responsibilities

• develop and review pricing strategies to maximize profit growth, making sure targets are met and market opportunities are captured,
• collaborate with sales teams to apply the right pricing decisions that balance volume, market share, price, and margin,
• oversee and optimize the manufacturing company's profit margins, which involves analyzing the cost structure, pricing strategies, and revenue streams,
• provide input to the division’s financial processes, such as forecasts and budgeting,
• analyze cost structures and identify areas where cost efficiencies can be achieved,
• support business management decision processes by delivering a range of solutions based on investigated data,
• create added value in Margin Management by the implementation of new tools and solutions,
• provide clear, useful reports on pricing, margins, and costs - ensuring differences and corrective actions fit the long-term strategy.
