Requirements

• bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field,
• experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain—preferably in pharmaceuticals or regulated industries,
• strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, APO, OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan) is a plus,
• ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly,
• detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple products or markets,
• understanding of GMP/GxP and regulatory requirements is beneficial,
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• forecast demand for pharmaceutical products using sales data, market trends, and inventory information,
• work with sales, marketing, supply chain, and production teams to gather accurate demand inputs,
• maintain and update demand planning tools and forecast reports,
• monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as needed,
• identify risks to product supply (e.g., demand spikes, shortages) and recommend solutions,
• support inventory optimization to ensure product availability while avoiding overstock,
• assist in planning for new product launches and product lifecycle changes,
• participate in monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.
