Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AR area,
• knowledge of People Soft system will be a huge asset,
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
• in-depth knowledge of AR processes,
• high business culture and communication skills,
• analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
• willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
• fluent in English (at least B2) and Italian(at least B2),
• experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.

Responsibilities

• manage collections on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies,
• handle daily AR transactions: classify, post, and record receivables,
• issue accurate invoices and maintain up-to-date customer billing records,
• reconcile accounts and investigate irregularities,
• prepare AR reports and support variance, forecasting, and budgeting analysis,
• ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations,
• support internal and external audits,
• cooperate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong customer relationships,
• participate in process improvements from the AR perspective.
