This role combines deep analytical thinking with a strong understanding of data structures, business processes, and modern data platforms.RequirementsMust-have experience and competencies: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and problem solving Familiarity with relational database design, querying, and performance optimization Hands-on experience with Big Data ecosystems and technologies such as: Hadoop, Hive, Impala, pySpark, HQL Working knowledge of JSON and AVRO data formats Understanding of and experience working with canonical data models or other standardized data modeling approaches Ability to translate business and technical needs into structured requirements and documentation Programming experience in at least one of the following: Python, R, Java Experience with tools like JIRA and Bitbucket for task management and version control Experience collaborating with developers, IT analysts, and architects in agile teams Additional valued skills: Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional, virtual teams Proactive, structured, and quality-oriented approach Experience in requirement refinement and data validation processes Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
