About our TeamAs a team member, you will have the possibility to participate in the design and implementation process of Service Management & Orchestration (SMO) platform.SMO is a fully automated system for 4G and 5G RAN and Mobile Core software provisioning, operation and monitoring in a large-scale and multi-cloud environment. Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign and implementation support in areas:         Configuration Management,         Fault Management,         Performance Management,         Life Cycle Management,         Security Management,          Platform as a Service.Design and development of solutions based on:         Containers and micro-services,         Functional and non-functional requirements,         APIs defined by 3GPP, TM Forum, O-RAN etc. Designing and implementing integration mechanisms between SMO and OSS/BSS, Preparation of High Level Design documentation, Communication with stakeholders, Requirements gathering and analysis, Close cooperation with development teams, Ensuring high quality of the work, Not required to code. Technologies in use Java 21, Python, Ansible, Git, OpenAPI, UML, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenStack, MariaDB, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Fluentd, Prometheus, Workflow engines (Airflow, Dagster), Java Frameworks: Spring Boot, AI LLM: ClineSR. Skills and Qualifications Experience in telco and network management systems, Knowledge of telecommunication standards: 3GPP, TM Forum, O-RAN, ETSI etc., Good knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies (k8s), Experience in systems/software design and development, Ability to read and understand source code, Ability to design RESTful API and develop documentation in OpenAPI, Ability to work in multicultural teams across several geographic location and companies, At least Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Math or similar technical studies), Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Nice to have Knowledge of Tosca, Netconf/YANG, Knowledge of Java, Python and/or shell scripting, Experience with AI/ML, Experience with data engineering, Hands-on experience with RAN configuration and optimization, CKA/CKAD certification, Experience with BPMN, Experience with UI design.
