Cultural fit interview Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript

Proficiency with React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end), Redux (state management), Context API, Hooks

CI/CD experience, experience with npm or yarn, familiarity with Webpack, Babel

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase), SQL, handling databases in backend systems using Node.js

Familiarity with serverless architecture (e.g. AWS)

Frontend: Focus on scalability, performance, state management, and API integration in React.js

Backend: Focus on designing scalable, event-driven systems with Node.js

Discuss approach to debugging, refactoring, and writing clean, testable code

Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
