Ensure adherence to processes (Problem, Change, Incident Management) Apply a strong user service mentality Minimize operational risk through effective controls Escalate issues to management or compliance functions when required Contribute to operational control and continuous improvement Requirements SharePoint 2016: administration, PowerShell (troubleshooting & maintenance), BI integration, SharePoint Apps Microsoft stack: Windows Server (2016/2019), IIS, Active Directory, Office Web Apps Location: Kraków or Warsaw (hybrid model – two days per week in the office).
