We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on expertise in GCP cloud services, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), natural language processing (NLP), generative AI (GenAI), machine learning (ML), and large language models (LLM).Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions using GCP infrastructure. Implement advanced NLP techniques and integrate retrieval-augmented generation methods. Develop and fine-tune generative AI (GenAI) models and large language models for various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven products.

Stay up-to-date with AI research and emerging technologies, especially in GenAI, to continuously enhance model performance.

Requirements: Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role, preferably senior level. Deep knowledge of GCP services related to AI/ML (e.g., Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage). Solid understanding and experience with RAG frameworks and methodologies. Strong expertise in NLP, generative AI (GenAI) techniques, and practical implementation. Hands-on experience with machine learning pipelines and large language models. Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Ability to work independently and lead AI projects from ideation to deployment, especially involving GenAI models.
