For our Client who is building one of the most innovative technologies in the fintech world, combining biometrics, artificial intelligence, and secure payment solutions we are looking for Head of Engineering.
You will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our technology organization from the ground up. You will lead the development of cutting-edge payment solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Build and scale engineering teams (from ~10 to 50+ people) across mobile, backend, cloud, and biometrics
Drive technology strategy and architecture for payment systems
Oversee project delivery from planning to implementation, ensuring timelines and quality
Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and regulators on technical requirements
Ensure compliance, security, and proper technical documentation
Represent the company in international markets and support expansion efforts (business travel ~25%)
What our client is looking for:
Proven experience in building and scaling technology teams in fintech or payments
Knowledge of payment systems
Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud, and secure technology practices
Ability to combine technical and business perspectives
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Fluent English
