We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to enhance and expand our HR module capabilities across key areas such as Case Management, Onboarding, and Document Management. In this role, you will work in a multilingual environment, supporting projects that leverage modern ServiceNow features, including Now Assist. If you thrive in complex, international environments and speak both German and English fluently, this role could be a great fit.Your tasks Design, develop, and optimize HR module functionalities in ServiceNow, focusing on Case Management, Onboarding, Document Management, and Now Assist Collaborate with German- and English-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Ensure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices across all HR-related features Implement integrations and workflows to support end-to-end HR processes Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong hands-on expertise in the HR module (including Case Management, Onboarding, Document Management) Working knowledge of Now Assist or similar AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written Solid understanding of software development standards, best practices, and workflow design within ServiceNow Residing in Poland required
