Information about the project: Location: Hybrid (2-3 x week in Warsaw office) Industry: Banking Rate: up to 175 pln/h netto +VAT Summary: This role involves managing an Identity & Access Management (IAM) project with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication, emphasizing the importance of effective project management in IT and security.Main Responsibilities: Project Management within the Identity & Access Management Project (ISRRP). Driving and managing IT and Security Projects. Leading project delivery and IT service management. Managing stakeholder communication and engagement. Implementing Agile delivery management methodologies. Overseeing change management processes. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives. Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects, including coordination, delivery oversight and stakeholder alignment. Proven experience in Project Management, demonstrating ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Strong skills in driving IT and Security projects, particularly within IAM domains. Solid expertise as a Delivery Lead and in IT Service Management. Practical experience with Agile Delivery Management (Scrum, Kanban or scaled frameworks). Good understanding of Security and Change Management processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
