The successful candidates will possess strong data management skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities, to ensure overall compliance and financial resilience.Main Responsibilities:The team will undertake critical tasks related to step-in risk reporting. Ensure the scope and requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied. Collect and analyze data to assess impacts on balance sheet and credit. Collaborate with reporting workstreams to collate necessary data. Identify, challenge, and assess step-in entities. Support the design of the data collation process. Design and implement a reporting framework for step-in risk submissions. Track progress of deliverables and milestones. Liaise between business lines and finance teams. Perform quality checks for data integrity and compliance. Key Requirements: Experience in data analysis, reporting and documentation. Experience with banking regulations and financial risk. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Nice to Have:Knowledge of PRA regulations and compliance standards.
