Supporting teams through mentoring and technical leadership

Ideal candidate profile Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale, mission-critical network environments Very strong technical expertise combined with architectural mindset Proven experience in IT/OT convergence, with a strong focus on security and reliability Ability to design scalable, long-term network solutions Experience in mentoring and serving as a technical leader

English proficiency at minimum B2 level

Conditions B2B contract 100% remote working model Rate: 180–200 PLN net per hour
