The solution integrates multiple internal and external systems, processes payment messages (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022), and supports reconciliation, statement generation, and data exchange across distributed architectures. The project is developed in an international environment with strong collaboration between business, analysts, architects, and engineering teams. Responsibilities you'll have Conduct detailed IT and business analysis for payment and banking-related processes Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity for both business and technical teams Prepare comprehensive Requirements Specification Documents and maintain traceability throughout the delivery cycle Analyse and design data flows, mappings, migrations, and process models across integrated systems Work closely with engineering teams on integration solutions delivered on-premise, in hybrid models or cloud environments Support UI prototyping and design activities, ensuring usability and compliance with business needs Identify systems, stakeholders, and processes impacted by change, assessing dependencies and risks Cooperate with QA and development teams in quality control, clarifying requirements and supporting test planning Participate in workshops, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies and other agile practices (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) Provide analytical support in reconciliation processes, payment message flows (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO) and statement generation Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across international environments.  Expected competences and knowledge 5+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain (SEPA, Swift and ISO messages) Experience with reconciliation processes and statement generation Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration and Process Modelling Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and design Experience of using Jira and Confluence Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration with different stakeholder groups Experience with agile way of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)  Technologies you'll work with Payment standards & protocols: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022 messages Database & Querying: SQL Analysis & Documentation: Jira, Confluence Integration environments: On-premise, Hybrid, Cloud-based solutions UI/UX tools: Prototyping and design tools (Figma, Axure) Process modelling: BPMN/UML tools Big Data & Distributed Processing: Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Pig, Spark) - nice to have Real-time event processing: Apache Kafka - nice to have Data architecture concepts: Data Lake, batch & streaming processing - nice to have  Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
