We value autonomy, clear communication, and doing things the right way.👉 Looking for a place where you can grow, have a real impact, and enjoy what you do? Join us and be the architect of our success stories! 👈FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (REACT + NODE)About the Role:This role is based in Kraków (hybrid model, initially 2 days a week in the office, later as agreed with the PM) and is dedicated to our internal Railwaymen Team.Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver new features with a focus on high code quality Fix bugs, upgrade software components, and ensure overall system stability Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and consistency within the team Integrate software services and connect third-party APIs Optimize implemented solutions to ensure performance and scalability Prepare and modernize the website from the visual side, ensuring a polished and intuitive user interface Key Qualifications: Min. of 3 years of commercial experience in frontend development Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Deep proficiency in the React framework Knowledge of backend technologies Node.js Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, including preprocessors like SASS Good understanding of GIT or other version control systems Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor) English proficiency at a B2 level or higher Ability to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate strategic thinking Strong interpersonal communication skills and a business-oriented mindset Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate closely with the team  Nice to Have: Experience in working with and consuming APIs Knowledge of backend technologies Python/FastAPI Knowledge of other frontend frameworks (Vue, Svelte) Why Join Railwaymen💼 Work that matters Real impact on projects and processes 26 Paid days off Long-term cooperation hybrid model, initially 2 days a week in the office (later as agreed with the PM) 30-minute lunch break included in the 8-hour working day
