Your work will focus on creating the data infrastructure we currently lack – building integrations, microservices, and data pipelines to connect us with industry-standard risk and capital models and tools. This is a long-term greenfield project where you’ll tackle complex, large-scale data challenges with a modern tech stack, collaborate closely with a talented team, and develop deep expertise in the insurance carrier domain. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple domains to drive meaningful projects from concept to delivery.  You’ll design, build, and maintain reliable software solutions that power critical parts of the business.  You’ll actively shape our software architecture, bringing your ideas and expertise into technical discussions.  You’ll work closely with product managers and QA engineers to ensure we deliver software of the highest quality.  You’ll balance maintaining existing systems with developing new features, ensuring stability while pushing innovation.  You'll lead some team initiatives and technical projects. We might be a match if you… Have 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.  Are proficient in TypeScript and NestJS, React. Have experience working with large and complex databases, as well as experience with data warehouses. Have experience with building React applications from the ground up with performant state management. Have experience with NextJS. Understand and apply software development best practices (from clean code to testing and maintainability).  Take ownership of your work, showing accountability and a drive to deliver impactful solutions.  Have proven recored of leading other technical members. Are a great partner for product, analytics, and business teams.  Actively participate in discussions, sharing ideas and contributing to team decisions.  Seek feedback and mentorship for continuous growth.  Have a great command of English (written & spoken) and Polish, but also excellent communication skills in general.     Are available to work in the afternoon hours, including occasional evening meetings due to U.S. time zone collaboration (we respect work-life balance but prioritize effective communication)  You will get extra points for:  Experience working with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
