Join us, and ensure smooth operations across complex financial markets!Location: 100% remoteAs a Middle Office Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the largest financial institutions in Poland, supporting the Treasury team in daily operations and analyses related to financial market activities. You will take part in monitoring transactions, controlling market risk, and reporting treasury performance. You will join a team that combines financial and technological expertise to ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance. Your role will be key to maintaining smooth Treasury operations and delivering high-quality analytical support.Your main responsibilities: Supporting daily Middle Office operations within the Treasury area Monitoring and analyzing financial market transactions Collaborating with Front Office and Back Office teams on settlements Preparing reports on market positions and risk exposure Verifying data accuracy within banking systems Using the MUREX system for transaction analysis and control Creating SQL queries to support operational reporting Maintaining high-quality operational and analytical documentation You are a great fit for this role if you: Hold a university degree (preferably in Economics, IT, or quantitative fields) Have knowledge of financial markets and treasury products Understand market risk concepts in treasury operations Have experience in Middle Office or Back Office functions Are proficient in using the MUREX system Speak English fluently (C1 level) Have strong practical skills in MS Office Are independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure Demonstrate accuracy and responsibility in working with data Communicate effectively with diverse teams It’s a plus if you have: Knowledge of SQL and experience in writing queries Familiarity with Oracle or Teradata databases Knowledge of MS SQL databases Experience in financial data analysis Understanding of settlement processes in financial institutions Experience working in an international environment We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in various, innovative, and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
