You’ll work across 20+ applications, ensuring top-tier performance and delivering robust automation at scale.This role blends hands-on automation, performance engineering, and continuous optimisation—ideal for someone who enjoys complex systems and modern engineering practices.What You’ll Be Working On: Supporting and improving a large ecosystem of enterprise applications. Conducting performance testing as the final gating step before delivery. Collaborating closely with the UK-based performance QA team. Modifying and enhancing technical components to improve performance. Designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks. Updating automation scripts in preparation for future cloud migration. Operating within an Agile, multicultural engineering team. What We’re Looking For: 6+ years’ experience in automation, with strong performance exposure. A technology-driven mindset with the ability to break down requirements quickly. Strong communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural team.
