This role focuses on our Interest Rates Derivatives trading product group, an area where Tradeweb is recognized as a market leader.Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance backend servers in C++ on the Windows platform Enhance real-time trading applications supporting mission-critical business operations Contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment Collaborate closely with business teams to deliver technical solutions tailored to client needs Partner with QA and support teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve development and testing issues What We’re Looking For College degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent technical expertise 5+ years of professional experience in C++ programming Strong skills in structural and object-oriented programming: concepts, data structures, patterns, templates, multithreaded programming Good knowledge of databases and basic SQL Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) Excellent problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across IT and business teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capability to recognize, prioritize, and resolve critical production and client-facing issues
