About the Role

Work at the intersection of IT and OT networks within a large-scale global manufacturing environment. Design and implement network solutions that directly impact factory performance, product quality, and operational stability. Participate in key engineering-led initiatives as a Network Solution Designer.

Operate in a highly distributed global environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy network solutions across complex distributed infrastructures. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure smooth communication across IT/OT environments. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network connectivity issues. Execute network changes and upgrades with minimal impact on end users. Create and maintain detailed network documentation (diagrams, configurations, procedures). Contribute to knowledge sharing within a skilled global consulting team.

Travel internationally for approximately 1 week per month (~90 days per year), fully covered.

Your Qualifications

Strong communication skills and experience working across distributed teams. Understanding of both IT and OT network ecosystems. Knowledge of edge computing concepts. Proven hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless Solid knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VLANs, STP, VTP, OSPF, BGP. Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds). Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
