Every day brings new challenges, new technologies, and real impact on customer environments.Main Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within the client’s ticket system. Maintenance and lifecycle management for devices and applications in Intune and SCCM. Develop existing customer services according to the client’s Service Catalog. Participate in smaller projects involving new features and services for customers. Maintain and develop documentation on customer solutions. Troubleshoot Citrix client connectivity, performance, and configuration issues. Regularly maintain and apply approved updates to Citrix base images. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Citrix Workspace & PVS. Experience with mid-to-large customers (5+ locations, 500+ employees). Proficiency in Intune. Knowledge of PowerShell. Experience with Virtual Private Network – RRAS VPN / Global Protect. Understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID. Proficiency in M365 & Defender. Experience with SCCM. Education at college/university level, preferably in IT.
