We are seeking a capable .NET Engineering Lead to join a project for one of our key Clients.As an Engineering Lead, you'll supervise 3–7 direct reports, focusing on their professional growth while continuing your hands-on contributions as a Software Engineer. Your role includes guiding and assessing engineers, as well as managing team performance and development. You will lead, advise, and support your team to meet project and organizational objectives, providing technical expertise, reviewing code or technical work, and upholding high engineering standards.The position entails being ready to work on a standard contract of employment (UoP) and flexibility to visit the EPAM office in Warsaw one day per week.Responsibilities Lead and guide a team of .NET Engineers Direct the development lifecycle for .NET applications Collaborate with stakeholders to create and integrate software solutions Define architectural strategies for scalable and reliable software design Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and practices Adapt to industry developments and emerging technologies Maintain project timelines and deliverables Requirements At least 5 years of experience in .NET development of web applications Background in leading and managing development teams Skills in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Proficiency in microservice architecture Understanding of software development methodologies Flexibility to translate business needs into technical solutions Competency in problem-solving Familiarity with effective communication and interpersonal strategies Fluency in English Nice to haveBackground in frontend technologies like Angular or ReactWe offer
