You will contribute to shaping the customer experience by providing insights that drive design and product decisions.Your main responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across multiple product areas Plan and execute end-to-end research projects, from recruitment to reporting Analyze data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations Combine diverse research methods to gain a holistic understanding of user needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Business Present findings and recommendations in an engaging and accessible way Support design decisions through user testing and usability evaluations Maintain a strong understanding of user behavior and market trends Advocate for user-centered design within product development processes You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in UX research Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Ability to plan and lead independent research projects end-to-end Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level Capacity to synthesise findings into clear, actionable recommendations Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms A passion for improving user experiences in digital products We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
