This role combines deep technical expertise with a platform mindset to enable scalable, maintainable, and consistent software development across the organization.Responsibilities: Build and maintain shared front-end and back-end application frameworks. Develop reusable framework components and APIs for service-oriented architecture. Document framework features and facilitate onboarding materials for teams. Mentor development teams to promote best practices in framework utilization. Embed automated testing and CI/CD integration into the framework architecture. Must Haves: Proficiency in React and .NET (8+ years of experience) Experienced with building and maintaining application frameworks and tools. Expertise in TypeScript and frontend architecture Experience in designing APIs and reusable framework components Nice to Haves: Familiarity with component libraries and Storybook Experience in implementing backend tools to enhance developer workflows Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD processes Other Details: Team Structure: Collaborates with multiple product teams.
