As a development team, we are just as passionate about producing optimal business solutions as we are in technology. Your Experience and Skills·       Strong foundation in AI theory; practical experience with LLMs and agent frameworks is a plus.·       Proficiency in Azure cloud services (certifications welcome).·       Solid scripting skills (Python preferred; Bash, PowerShell also valued).·       Object-oriented programming experience (C# preferred; Java or similar acceptable).·       Familiarity with solution design, prototyping, and productionisation workflows.·       Ability to navigate complex, highly regulated organisations with attention to governance.·       Soft skills: analytical thinking, adaptability, clear communication, and collaborative mindset.
