C1); Team lead / Tech lead experience (It is very important that you know how to manage the team and its work); ability to read and understand Python code, enabling effective; collaboration with backend teams; proficiency in React and TypeScript, including building reusable components, state management, and modern frontend architecture; strong HTML/CSS skills, with experience in responsive layouts, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for web applications, including automated linting, testing, and build processes; comfortable with Git-based workflows, code reviews, branching strategies, and maintaining clean, typed codebases; working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); high communication skills; eager to learn and share knowledge; willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.); you can start ASAP. Technology stack: React TypeScript HTML/CSS CI/CD Git Python (ability to read and understand python code ) You will be responsible for supporting our team in: design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on building performant, scalable, and reusable components; implement modern frontend architecture, state management solutions, and clean code best practices; create clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring full cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards (a11y); collaborate closely with backend teams, including reading and understanding Python code; lead the development team by planning work, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient day-to-day coordination.
