Our team in Gliwice works on products that directly influence business outcomes — including advanced tools for designing and optimizing solar installations.We’re looking for a Backend Developer with at least 2 year of commercial experience who is confident in Python, eager to grow, and ready to work on projects where accuracy, logic, and performance truly matter.🟪 Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask). Implement computational modules supporting solar panel layout and performance calculations. Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Collaborate with senior developers, PMs, and architects on production features and system design. Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and R&D initiatives. Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. 🟪 What We’re Looking For 2 years of commercial experience in backend development. Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, optimization basics). Experience with Git and containerization (Docker). Analytical mindset — experience with calculations, algorithms, engineering tasks, or similar problem-solving projects is a strong plus. Curiosity and willingness to learn other technologies (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, AI integrations). Communicative English (written and spoken).
