The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization. Essentials:Core Technical SkillsThese are essential for working directly with Dataverse and Power Platform:• Microsoft Dataverse: Deep understanding of data modeling, tables, relationships, and integration capabilities.• Power Fx: Proficiency in writing formulas for canvas apps and Dataverse logic.• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven): Experience building and customizing apps; certification (e.g., PL-100 or PL-400) is a plus.• Power Automate: Ability to design and optimize flows for process automation.• Relational Database Experience: Understanding of normalization, indexing, and query optimization. Soft Skills & Consulting ExperienceSince this is a consultant role, these are just as important:• Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.• Business Analysis: Understanding business processes and translating them into technical solutions.• Communication Skills: Clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training capabilities.
