Join a team building an AI-powered data processing platform designed to ensure that all involved parties act according to rules and regulations. As a Senior Python & AI Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Analysts to transform business requirements into clean, scalable and production-ready software. The role includes designing microservices, developing data integrations and transformation logic, ensuring data completeness and reconciliations, and using LLMs for data enrichment and automation. You will contribute to high development standards, industry best practices and modern engineering approaches across the solution.   Responsibilities you'll have

Design, develop and maintain Python-based microservices and backend components Build and optimize data integration pipelines, including reading/writing across various databases and APIs Implement advanced data transformation, data completeness validation, and reconciliation logic Utilize LLMs and AI techniques for data enrichment and automation within the product Implement and advocate industry best practices in coding standards, architecture, and automation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes Ensure security, stability, and performance of data flows and microservices Work with modern dev tooling, including using LLMs to support your development workflow

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Analysts to refine epics and user stories into robust technical solutions

  Expected competences and knowledge

Advanced experience in Python development and configuration Practical, intermediate experience with LLMs and AI-driven features Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services Proficiency with REST API frameworks (e.g., Flask or similar) Experience integrating data from Kafka and working with XML sources Good understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Oracle PL/SQL Experience with Kerberos configuration Strong team player who thrives in close collaboration within a multicultural environment Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn and grow within the domain Positive mindset with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities Experience working with event-driven, microservice-based architectures (nice to have) Experience with automation of deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using e.g. Jenkins/Bamboo, Artifactory (jFrog), Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have)
