We are seeking a Senior Scala Developer to join our distributed team, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge archiving platform that unifies and modernizes the client’s archive systems. You will work in a collaborative, international environment focused on delivering scalable solutions and supporting the client’s digital transformation.This position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in our Wrocław or Kraków office.Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Scala-based applications Set up, drive and automate continuous integration and deployments to staging environments Improve developer experience and make it easy to do the right thing Challenge the team to follow best practices and eliminate process waste Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience in software development Expertise in Scala, Java and Akka Proficiency in Akka Streams and functional programming Knowledge of PostgreSQL Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+) Nice to have Familiarity with Gradle and Liquibase Experience with GitHub We offer
