As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help build and run platforms that support safe, reliable, and scalable aviation systems used worldwide. You will have opportunity to work with the team in Gdańsk.Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (for example using GitLab CI) Manage and improve Linux-based environments with attention to security and networking Work closely with developers, testers, and other teams to support smooth delivery Contribute to system architecture and reliability through automation and tooling Use monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to keep systems healthy Ideal candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or a related role Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or similar) Good knowledge of networking basics, security best practices, and Linux administration Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams Good English skills  Nice to have: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language Experience with monitoring and logging tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus) Familiarity with build tools (Bazel, CMake, Maven, BitBake) Knowledge of IaC and configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Salt) System and design thinking Conditions Location: Gdańsk Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: contract of employment (Umowa o pracę) Benefits: flexible working hours, additional paid days off for Christmas break, virtual learning tools and platforms, MyBenefit program, Medical Plan, life insurance, PPE and more Recruitment steps Phone call with a Recruiter (20 - 30 min) Technical interviews with the Client (2 rounds) Decision and feedback
