Refine business requirements and discuss design alternatives to select the best approach. Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end functionality and long-term quality. Contribute to the development of reusable components and long-term backend architecture. Investigate and resolve production issues while engaging in research spikes when needed. What we are looking for: Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django and FastAPI. Hands-on knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS). Ability to work with APIs and familiarity with modern technologies, including LLMs. Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for both detailed problem-solving and system architecture.
